- Day One Direct Aid (DODA) is the community outreach and aid division of Day One Treasures. The sole purpose of DODA is to provide immediate aid to local community members in need.

A Story and A Beginning
Thank you for taking the time to read why Day One Treasures even exists.
When Faced with life's challenges we are all forced to make decisions. We all make decisions every day without really giving it much thought. Sometimes the decision we make is a bad one - it's a fork in the road and we must decide whether we are going to turn left or turn right. I stopped at this fork and picked up a shovel.
The story of addiction is sadly not new to America, but there is a bright side, more and more people are understanding that addiction is not a personal flaw or choice - it's a disease. Addiction, left unchecked, is a terminal disease leading to jails, prisons, institutions, and eventually the morgue.
I am an addict. My name is Dan and I am the sole owner of Day One Treasures, LLC. I'd like to share with you how I got where I am today, why I started this business, and hopefully inspire you to follow your own dream to independence. Because, believe me, if I can do it...so can you!
