• Nevertheless, they are still critical for our operations to continue.

• Please be patient with us.  Our growth plans include reorganization into a 501(c)(3) non-profit.  At that point, all financial donations made to Day One Treasures would absolutely be tax deductible.  We will announce through our blog when this transition occurs.

• Donation purchases are made through our "A Way To Help" category on our store page.

• These purchases provide some essential basic needs we requite to carry out our mission.

• No direct shipment will be made to you, rather, you are purchasing the items within this category for us to hand out to those in need.

• Your purchases are 100% guaranteed against carrier damages.
• We take pride in the quality of our packing and shipping.  Your purchase will show up in the same condition you purchased it in - if not, we make it right - guaranteed!

• If your order has not yet been processed, cancelations may be granted.   
• If your order has been processed for shipment and/or already shipped, our standard no return policy applies.
